Worst care I have ever received! My nurse Brooke was rude and very disrespectful.The reason for this rude and disrespectful behavior was because I had concerns over medication they were trying to give me. I would not recommend this place to anyone!!! Walked in wanting answers walked out upset and not knowing anything more then when I went in!!!! Worst! Worst! My wife was recently scheduled to be induced at the Soin Medical Center Labor and Delivery. We arrived at the hospital at 4 AM for the scheduled induction and the nurse at the front desk greeted us warmly as she looked up our information and proceeded to bring us in and show us to our room. Took excellent care of my Mother after a major stroke!
I feel there emergency room sucked and I even had the nurse attending my mom once she was admitted that they are so disappointed in their ER and the lack of treatment!
I just left Soin yesterday and got the best care ever. They are a fantastic group of Doctors, Nurses, etc. You cannot get better care.
RecommendedI recently visited the hospital for my first surgery. Although I was nervous everyone was nice and caring. Thank you for turning a yucky experience into a great one.

Where to begin...While my loved one was in their care, the doctors were completely inaccessible. After checking himself into the ER, my family member was told he would be admitted to the main floor ASAP because of his chest pain and shortness of breath. But we waited for hours, that doctor went home, and the new doctors who came in had no knowledge of his case at all! So he had to wait long into the the next day to be given a room.
