Every time I've had to go to them they've been nothing but nice. Only truly negative point I have with them is some of their male staff including Drs are rude, very cold and do not know how to properly treat women in the ER. Had a male DR give me a Pap test and needless to say I could have kick the living crap out of him with the amount of pain he put me through. That being said I would go to them for everything and am having my first baby at Kettering Hospital.
Great doctor and nurses that fixed my fingers but when they owe you money get ready to get the go around untill it makes you feel like your going to just have to just eat the loss.
Two words: Professional & Efficient!! I was totally pleased with the service I got when going in for an MRI. I was taken to check-in immediately and as soon as I checked in, I went back and got the MRI. I was in the building a total of 30 minutes. AMAZING!
We have nothing but all good things to say. They are very kind .
