Most definitely not. The wait time is terrible. Having a doctor call someone having a seizure a drama queen. Especially right having two seizures in the waiting room while the nurse staff did nothing and acted like it was nothing.

RecommendedGreat place to get mammogram. The tech is gentle while ensuring to get great shots so the patient doesn't need to go back for additional pictures. I had mammogram done at 10am and by 4pm I had results and everything was good. I highly recommend!
The night time ER doctor is incompetent and abusive, especially when dealing with ANYONE in mental distress. He forced me to publicaly strip naked. It was humiliating and dehumanizing. He made me feel violated as he sneered up and down my body. I'll never go to this hospital again. I've heard many similar horror stories from people who have been abused at this facility.
I love the care me and my family receive at Kettering Health Network. Dr Pook the head of the ER department and the superb nurses and staff are amazing and skillful they saved my husbands life, they heard my concerns and moved him to the ER area promptly. He was right where he needed to be when tragedy hit. Thank you KMC!
RecommendedI think soin is a great place I have my orthopedist , my hematologist and my ent in the same building!! I am usually always nervous as I have autism but never at soin the staff and the people are so friendly and welcoming
MONDAY OCTOBER1st. I HAD A HEART CATH. DONE. THE NURSES AND DRS. WERE ABSOLUTELY WONDERFUL. I WOULD RATE THEM 10 STARS IN THERE CARE AND TREATMENT OF MY WIFE AND SON.

The Doctor was good, had a quality visit. BUT...the billing and customer services after my visit has been awful. My Urgent Care Office Visit should have cost $35 (copay) but you guys billed it as an "Emergency Room" visit that costs $330. I have tried talking with your billing department multiple times, only receiving a rude response, blaming the insurance company and saying there is nothing they could do. I went in for an Urgent Care Office Visit and got charged for an ER Visit...
