Worst experience last week. Was seen by Dr. Arora in the ER. Went in due to bad ear pain that followed into my neck and throat. First of all we waited 2.5 hours, no big deal because it is flu season so I understand. But then a nurse comes in my room with 2 swabs and assumes I said something about sore throat only and completely ignores my ear. Takes strep and flu test. Nobody asked any questions about allergies, family history, etc. Mind you I was breastfeeding. Waited forever for this doctor to come in just to be in for 30 ... read more

Greene is always our family choice. The folks in the Emergency department are always efficient, caring and on top of any problem we might have. This time it was kidney stones...my sister's care was outstanding. Thanks to Dr Gannon and Nurse Deb and her crew.
