Hospital was great, but be prepaid to pay your entire bill in the full amount or they will turn it over to collections and damage your credit. No warning. Wife had surgery, 3K left to pay after insurance. We were paying 150-200 a month, which was everything we could afford for the past 6 months, every month, on time. Today we got a letter from the collection agency. N o warning at all.
I recommend not going. I just had a horrible ER experience there: everything from an ER doctor who said I wouldn't understand my scans to a nurse who tried to discharge me while I still had my IV in my arm and then didn't even check to see if I could walk ( the reason why I came in) before they shoved me out.
I was in Soin Emergency today. Everything went great.
do not come here if you want a nurse to be able to find a vein with a needle. 3 different nurses again today 3 holes in my arm just like last time. been here 2 and a half hours to give a pint of blood and they STILL have not started even tho iv has been in my arm for and hour and a half. No excuse for this treatment.
The staff was amazing. I was very anxious, and they were so good to me. They were quick to anticipate my needs.
Excellent hospital. I’ve had great care there in the ER and as an in house patient. The staff is phenomenal and lives up to the Soin Family reputation.
Worst experience last week. Was seen by Dr. Arora in the ER. Went in due to bad ear pain that followed into my neck and throat. First of all we waited 2.5 hours, no big deal because it is flu season so I understand. But then a nurse comes in my room with 2 swabs and assumes I said something about sore throat only and completely ignores my ear. Takes strep and flu test. Nobody asked any questions about allergies, family history, etc. Mind you I was breastfeeding. Waited forever for this doctor to come in just to be in for 30 ... read more
