My experience with this hospital has been great ,although I was there ... They as made sure my pain was taken care of after I had a major neck surgery. I would recommend them to everybody!
The doctors and nurses were by far the best I have ever had. The bed was great! They had a bed & recliner for my husband. .. both of which were very comfortable too. Wonderful food and no set visiting hours so all family could come visit!
My husband has been there three times in the past 6 weeks. EVERYONE was very professional, friendly and helpful. We don't mind driving a extra 15 miles for that kind of service. We are 2 minutes from Sycamore, but they can't hold a candle to the service given at Soin.
Dr. Jordan did not even read my chart before coming in to talk with me. I had to tell him what was in my chart and he left my room STILL not reading my chart but yet wanted to make me stay in the hospital another 24 hours but couldn't even tell me why.... the surgeon that did my surgery NEVER even came and talked with me. To top it off, the surgeon that they had do my surgery is an hour drive away and I had to go there for a check up.
