Complete incompetence of Software of Excellence. AVOID AT ALL COSTS. Hundreds of issues over the years. At every level they can not be trusted with sorting basic issues out. Over the last 2 decades software of excellence have probably cost us hundreds of thousand from their software going wrong on a daily to monthly basis then they have no fixes for months and blame their team in New Zealand. You will be left pulling your hair out if you choose henry schein or any of their CRM's to use.
