We needed some furniture for a new conservatory and liked a make called Desser. We were amazed to find Softview was a Desser showroom and went along to look and try out before buying. A warm welcome, friendly staff and they had in the showroom exactly what we needed. Purchased the whole suite there and then. Good communications, first class delivery service and they even took away all the packaging. This is the second time I have used Softview windows for my house in France. It has been difficlt to get similar looking windows to match those for my house built in the 1800. Mick Horn from Softview has been fantastic, I have no hesitation in recommending him and the team who have gone above and behond to get me the right windows for my house. I am very pleased with the work carried out by Softview. I had a new conservatory roof and new flat roof with lantern skylight fitted. It took the planned two weeks and the workforce were excellent, they just pressed on with the job and worked very hard and to a high standard. The support in the office was also very good, very professional, efficient and helpful and made sure all went to plan. All in all very well done Softview!
I have used this company before and was very pleased again with their windows and installation. All are very pleasant and helpful whether over the phone or in person, from start to finish.I would definitely recommend them for not just being pleasant but the quality and cost are good.
