We used Softview to replace our old conservatory windows, doors and roof, and are thrilled with the result. Their price was fair, and they were a pleasure to deal with. The LivinRoof has transformed the space and the way we use it. As with any major work, a few little issues arose, but they were on it and sorted them out promptly. We found them a great company to deal with.
This company has been nothing but a disappointment from start to finish. They inspected my conservatory roof, confirmed the booking, and gave no indication that any extra requirements were needed. Then on the day of the appointment, they turned up late 4 hours late and refused to carry out the repair because the roof needed cleaning — something they failed to mention during the original inspection. I received a text from them today saying that I subscribed to their marketing . Nope, never heard of them or even googled them, no history what so ever. Had replied STOP to them. I'm not even looking for windows, doors or similar. Where did they get my number from? Not impressed.
Very disappointed. They came out on Friday to look at my broken window, they said the latch was broken and i needed a new one, and someone would contact me Mon with a quote for a new one and times to come and fix it. Its now Wednesday and I've still not heard anything! Fixed it myself as it wasn't even broken, just come loose! Absolutely disgusted at abysmal service and after care!
Had new front door fitted this morning and I’m delighted with whole experience from visiting showroom to fitting was impressive and professional and two lovely young men who fitted door today Thankyou George and Ki sorry couldn’t remember his full name would definitely recommend to anyone many thanks Softview
