Speaking to the manager Adila was quite a way to ruin anything that was supposed to be a pleasant experience. She was very rude and actually rolled her eyes and stormed out of the room. This attitude shouldn’t be even acceptable in a one star spa or hotel. Nikolas the receptionist handled it very much better and there wasn’t going to be an issue if it was just him. She ruined a special occasion and gift from daughter
Adila, the manager was so rude. She ruined what was supposed to be a special occasion and was very argumentative. Prior to the booking, I have noted that this was a special day and this went unnoticed when trying make the experience relaxing and pleasant. We were actually the ones trying to calm her down and she had an awful attitude which is shocking for a 5 star hotel and spa.
I had such an amazing afternoon at the spa. All staff at the hotel and spa were welcoming, kind and helpful. The steam room was quite hot but there was a cold shower and space to cool down too which was nice. I had a full body exfoliation and back massage with Flavia. Loved the treatments and Flavia was friendly, professional and attentive. I would absolutely recommend and a special thank you to Flavia.
Lovely hotel and lovely spa. Very welcoming from start to finish. I had a massage and a facial by Tatiana. She was great, explained everything, asked questions and made sure I enjoyed the treatments. After our treatments and before our lunch, we were shown into relaxation room and offered tea. Lovely staff throughout.
