It's my second time here for a massage. I had a relaxation one and last time a couple massage. The treatment is very good, the lady was so welcoming and nice as well. Also very important, they were on time and I could enjoy every minute. Most of the time, the set up is very long and you end up with a 40 mins massage (when you booked 60). Incredible! From start to finish. Reception lovely and attentive. Jacklyn the therapist is literally an angel, she is so talented and professional! She did the best treatment and went above and beyond! I enjoyed so much, the massage and facial probably the best I’ve ever had, and believe me I’ve had many all over the world! I will of course be back. Xx
Had a lovely experience at the spa. Staff was very friendly, professional and attention to detail. Michaela the receptionist was helpful and lovely, Jackie and Adelina are amazing at massages!
It was my first time visiting the spa. My wife took us there as she is a regular customer and really likes it there. We booked a couples massage with jacuzzi and steam room services. Overall, I'd give it a 6 out of 10. I'll put it down to it being at the start of the year and they hadn't got in the groove yet. The setup for the couples massage was ok, not the best I've seen.
