Ordered a sofa, when we recieved the phone call about delivery they mentioned another colour and told them that was not the colour ordered and was told not to worry it will be the correct sofa delivered. NO IT WAS not !. Stood outside of house for approx 1 hour on phone to a manger before they would take the sofa away. Further phone call from the manger and we asked for refund which was obvious he was NOT going to give and said he will rectify the mistake and make the sofa we ordered.
