Nice furniture at a reasonable prices some long waits on sofas though as of October 2024 most were 6months +.
Very poor quality..have had a sofa previously from here and it lasted over 15years but this one isn't half as good..loose cover looks tatty and poorly made..would not recommend to anyone..had I visited showroom and seen in person would not have bought..but I thought it would be as good quality as previous one I bought
Don't bother with this company had sofa delivered was promised to have the middle section delivered on Thursday had a phone call today trying to charge me £200 broke a new big mirror comin in and no reimbursement and a sofa that don't fit avoid at all costs
Having bought a second set of loose covers for my Albany 3 seater sofa, I would like to know HOW to get them back on easily. We have spent best part of an hour pulling sqeezing a bit more pulling to try to stretch the material to fit again. I faithfully washed the covers at recommended 30 degrees and this morning attempted to put them back on. They have shrunk, and amazingly there is NO zip at the back to make it easier to put on. I am sooooooo disappointed. And I dreaded changing the covers as we had same problem last time.... read more
We purchased a Mezzo 3 seater leather sofa and arm chair at a cost just shy of £2000 from this company in 2021 and although we had good service from the sales person at the showroom that’s where the good service and good experience stopped.
