After driving from the Netherlands to the showroom, we arrived unfortunately at 16.55 and the whole building was closed. All staff had left and closed the showroom. Really, really disappointed. It was such a long journey and horrible traffic along the way, for nothing.
Ordering was straightforward, I was kept up to date with timings and the delivery guys were faultless. My Sutton is the comfiest, most inviting sofa I have ever sat on and I couldn't be any happier with it. It is genuinely the best thing I have ever purchased

We've only had our Otto and Harper sofas for a few days, so can't comment on longevity, but we are delighted with them. I deliberated and procrastinated for weeks over what to choose from online store, and ended up travelling to the showroom to be certain. I'm glad I did, as I didn't get any of the models that I had narrowed it down to. Ordered 2x couches following a recommendation from family friend. Website advised 6-8 week wait, but the couches were here in about 3 weeks. Fantastic communication from the team. Great delivery guys, and amazing quality couches.
