Loving our super new Otley sofa. We keep looking at it and thinking what a glamourous edition, sets the tone to our living room. Delivered smoothly early in the day by a very efficient delivery team. Jason, Greg and Haydon. They also moved our old sofa out into the front garden. Very pleased with the whole experience, from looking round the showroom in Parson's Green to delivery. Thank you.
Good service at the shop and delivery. I got my sofa on time with good quality.
Useless - massive delay with the sofa. Was told early June for delivery, this will be missed by a whole month. Expect much better given the price. UPDATE: still haven’t received our sofa, or a date for its delivery.
