I am extremely disappointed with Sofa and Friends. They delivered sofas to my disabled mother’s home, and when the items did not fit through the doorway, they simply left them outside, exposed to theft and damage. I suggested delivery to an alternative address less than 10 minutes away, but instead of offering any real assistance, they became rude, dismissive, and even threatened to cancel the order entirely. Absolutely worse customer service, the lady named Rad is the most rudest and difficult person we have ever encountered. Will not recommend with her patronising tone just because we took the sofa in finance. Rude rude rude, don’t recommend here at all. Left my sofas outside. Can emphasise how rude she is throughout the whole communication. Trying to work with her was near impossible.
I bought the Bormio 3 seater in beige. Within 3 weeks, the woven fabric had started to fall apart. Reported this very quickly to sofa & friends, who immediately put up great resistance, telling me to cut the broken threads ( which would cause the fabric to unravel), and blaming me for not ‘maintaining’ my sofa properly within the first 3 weeks of purchase. After umming and ahhhhing about buying the tignes I finally took the plunge, I live too far to take a journey to the showroom but fell in love with the pictures,videos and reviews of it online, I ordered swatches of the ivory, rabbit and mocha and chose the mocha as I have a chaotic life with kids and animals.
