I bought this tignes corner sofa four months ago and it still smells strongly of garlic and onions. This isn’t food-related — it’s a chemical issue called off-gassing, where materials like foam, glue, and flame retardants release VOCs (volatile organic compounds) into the air. It’s a known problem that can cause long-lasting, unpleasant odours — and in my case, it’s a constant garlic/onion stink that hasn’t gone away. Brilliant customer service, beautiful sofas, Rad was very helpful and found us the beat sofa.
Amazing place. Sofa was delivered in 6 Days everyone else was saying 6-9weeks. Best of all this place has the best sofa designs. Noticed it just by driving by but more people need to see this place.
Deeply disappointed with Sofa & Friends. Within months, the fabric began bobbling and piling. When we raised it, the company advised us to shave the sofa. Unsurprisingly, the issue worsened — and now, at just 18 months old, it’s completely ruined despite all of our attempts to fix this issue. The material is unrecognisable to what we purchased.
