Gary delivered my amazing sofa bed to my narrowboat on Friday 18th July. Gary was very professional .the sofa bed is sturdy, comfy, and I have slept on it the last 2 nights and I slept very well , It's nice and long , I recommend any boater to buy one of the sofa barn bed/sofas. I wish I had bought it 4 years ago .I think its worth every penny.
Ordering was straightforward, a four week wait for it to be made, we thought delivery was going to be an issue initially because we thought we'd be continuously cruising but we were assured that wouldn't be an issue. We got a mooring for other reasons which surprisingly delayed the delivery by two weeks. Our sofabed arrived and assembled within the alloted time 1300-1500hrs, so we're unbelievably thrilled. Sofabed barn I purchased a Canterbury sofabed three years ago and a couple of weeks ago we had a problem that it wouldn't convert to back to a sofa.I thought oh god no that'll cost £900 to replace.I called the company and asked if they could help. Spoke to Michael and he said that they were closed until the next monday( on holiday) and in the meantime to email them and when they come back to work they would look into this and the warrenty. We bought our sofa bed for our narrow boat over a year ago. The company has sent 2 new parts that had broken. They sent them via a courier and NOT charged a single penny!!. A fantastic sofa bed, it used 24/7 as we live aboard. We can't rate this company high enough... 5*'s is not enough... More like 10. Great customer service.
