We bought a 2 and 3 seater sofa almost 4 weeks ago. There's a fault in the lights on the 2 seater and now something is wrong with the charger on the 3 seater. We reported it immediately but kept getting fobbed off now they won't answer the phone. Terrible customer service won't go here again

Delivery was on time and kept me informed the full way along the 4 weeks that was promised the delivery men came and assembled my sofa and took all the packaging that it came in and placed it into a nice neat pile outside to be easily disposed of into my blue bin was so happy with the sofa and how comfortable it is will highly recommend
