We bought a corner seater sofa almost 5 weeks weeks ago. After being told it will take 8 weeks for it to arrive it took the best part of 16 weeks!!! There is a snap it the wood frame holing it together and a terrible squeaking noise every time it’s sat on . We reported it immediately but kept getting fobbed off now they won't answer the phone. Terrible customer service won't go here again and definitely wouldn’t recommend anyone else to shop here
Bought a lazy b corner recliner great quality excellent price , speedy delivery and beyond excellent sales and coustomer service , would highly recomend also the sofa is sofaking comfy lol
