So I bought a sofa via temu and I can honestly say I had a really positive experience with this company and I'm not sure why there's so many negative reviews. I ordered a blue velvet corner sofa and it's absolutely gorgeous. It came packaged well and the Delivery drivers were really nice and brought the sofa inside the house. Absolutely disgusting, 7 months after buying a sofa and the leather is splitting, there are no guarantees, that’s what I was told, customer service shocking. DONT BUY FROM THIS DiSGUSTING COMPANY.
Terrible customer service if anything is wrong with the sofa! Would never purchase again from this company. Avoid!!!
