We were without a sofa having been let down by ScS. We needed a new sofa in a hurry and decided to try the Sofa Factory Outlet. The choice of styles and fabrics is vast as a result it does take a while to choose. We were served by Kami, who left us to our own devices, but was on hand to give advice when needed.
