Extremely bad experience! Made my PPC campaign worse and charged me over £1,000 for it. Complained and got no response. Hire another PPC agency, unless you want to waste your money and time.

Good initial sales process instilled confidence, build out process was alot slower than promised and had to be micro managed by our own team , poor to terrible post sale service, very difficult to get hold of anyone on the phone. Very odd appraoch to customer service and account management.
