Snyder was recommended to us by many people who live in our condo complex. They have always been prompt, professional, knowledgeable and personable. I especially like that they call when a technician has been dispatched. Their preventative maintenance contract assures that there will be no surprises and it keeps our heating and cooling in excellent condition.
Robert was very thorough and personable in servicing my air conditioning equipment. He kept me informed on what he was doing and the condition of the equipment. I had another firm once who did a superficial job in cleaning the outside unit. Robert took the cover off and gave it a thorough cleaning - it looks like when it was new five years ago.

Mauricio provided top level service. Punctual, courteous, informative, efficient, cleaned up behind himself, and insured everything was back in place including all fasteners.
