Gary did fantastic job - fixed both units - has a great attitude. Next time I have a problem with one of my AC unit - I will call Snyder and ask for Gary.
Nick C. originally came to our house on a service call through American Home Shield. Of all the service representatives from various companies who had checked our AC unit through the years Nick stood out due to the obvious depth of knowledge he possessed regarding the unit, the simplicity and coherence of his explanation of the unit's problems, and the sense of honesty he projected. When my wife and I finally decide to replace our existing AC system, Nick was the sole reason we decide to call Snyder.

As usual since I've been with Snyder Air Conditioning I have received really great service. Robert was even early. Friendly and explained everything to me so I understood what he was talking about. He spent a lot of time with our system and he explained that one of the girls will call back to help me order the bulbs I need for the next appointment in December. He explained that 8 oz of vinegar should be used once a month now instead of bleach. I am very please that I switched from Merrit to Snyder a couple of years ago.
Eric was highly professional, on time and gave some very helpful advice. Informed me of all the things he was doing on the job and things I should do between maintenance cycles.
Ben arrived right on time, found two problems that were causing the A/C to fail to reach proper cooling temperature, fixed it, and got our A/C up and running again in a jiffy. Polite, professional, cheerful and effective. Good job, Ben!
