We have used Snyder Air Conditioning for many years but we just moved. The new home/condo has 2 air conditioning units rather than one and we had several questions about the new setup. Ben arrived to do our spring checkup and ended up spending an extra hour and a half because of the extra work he wasn't expecting. Mark did an excellent job. he was timely and very professional. I have had many techs from Snyder, he was the best.
Ben with Snyder A/C come out on time and did a proper job checking everything on the our A/C unit. Took the time to clean out the outside unit of leaves and dirt. Answered questions professionally. Gave the our A/C unit a honest good bill of health and did NOT try to sell me some part that was unnecessary.
Great service. Showed up on time and explained everything i had a question on.
