Robert was good and completed the inspection and filter and pan pads replacement in good time. My issue is my appointment was at 8 am. I was called at 7:30 am and told he was on his way. Still not at the house at 8:10. I called the office at which time I was told he was coming from Orange Park and was on the Buckman (traffic backed up)...then transferred to another person who told me he was on Emerson. Robert and his coworker were very professional, polite and efficient. He was knowledgeable and worked straight through for 4 hours. I've had other A/C companies in Jacksonville in the past, but Robert and Snyder have been the best. I recommend them highly,

My six month ac/heating maintenance appointment was a very pleasant experience. Gary Woods, the Snyder technician, actually arrived a little early. He was quick, knowledgeable, efficient and very professional in all aspects of the maintenance/inspection. He comes across as a very likeable person and answered all my questions to my satisfaction. I enjoyed all our conversations on the various subjects we talked about. People like Gary is why we prefer Snyder's over all the others. Kerry McKinnon
Danny H has been servicing my trane heat pump for several years now and I always ask for him to do the service. Danny takes pride in his job and always with a smile. Danny is definitely an asset to Snyder heating and air. Keep up the awesome job Danny!
Gary Woods was an excellent technician. He explained his recommendations and the condition of my A/C unit very well. He was friendly and courteous. I would recommend him highly.
Had my 6 month maintenance done by Ben b today. He walked me through the entire process explaining the target values for each test. He was happy doing his job and showed very good knowledge and excellent customer service. After the work done by Beb b., I immediately renewed my annual contract knowing that my a/c system was in good hands.
