Gary W. called ahead of time, showed up on time and was friendly and professional throughout the process. He pointed out a couple of reminders for me (change the filter, put bleach in drain line) that were helpful. He went about his duties with an indication that he knew what he was doing and was personable throughout the process.
Gary Woods performed my PM today and did a very professional job. I am pleased with the service.
The a/c technician, Gary, arrived on time, explained every step of the maintenance check-up and listened to my concerns. He was pleasant and courteous and seemed to do a great job inspecting and cleaning my two a/c units.
