After having them install our units, we have them come twice a year to inspect and clean them. Today's service provider was once again on time, courteous and efficient.
Rich is very nice man and does a wonderful job. That is why I specifically ask for him EVERY time.

The tech was honest and upfront with additional costs. Did a good job and explained what he was doing. He also ordered filters from the company for me. No problem with his work or the company.
