Gary E. was our Tech yesterday and was very professionally while working on both of our A/C systems. While doing a semi-annual inspection he noticed that the smaller of our 2 systems was not operating properly. He was able to determine that the capacitors on the system were not working and proceeded to install genuine Trane parts but the system still did not work.
