Very pleased with service provided overall by Snyder AC. The most recent service maintenance check by Danny H was very thorough and complete, he spotted a problem, and made the repairs. He also made some recommendations about issues I wasn't knowledgeable about. I appreciate the time he took to service my unit and the time to answer my questions and keep me informed. Rich took time to explain what he was doing and what was needed. I was pleased with his professional manner. Felt comfortable that the work done was correct.
Great service from the moment the office contacted me to schedule the call (Karen). Ben was due between noon and 1:00. He called ahead at noon to let me know that he was about 10 minutes away. I appreciated that advance notice. He was courteous and friendly. Ben took care of the annual service and cleaning on our two HVAC units.
