Rich is very knowledgeable. He is very good, quick and through. He goes over everything and lets you know what he has found and the status of it.As long as Rich is their representative, I will keep Snyder as my AC company.
Mark doesn't look the same as my service provider (beard?? ) No last name given. But you gotta be proud of "my Mark. " In his usual expedient and courteous manner, he quickly checked out my entire unit, advised me all is well, and departed for his next customer. A real go getter. He is thorough, a true representative you can be proud to call a necessary member of the Snyder Team. Better not let him get away.
Robert T. performed my twice-yearly AC check. He was courteous, knowledgeable, and thorough.
Rich serviced our a/c system on 7/30/2015. He arrived 35 minutes early - performed servicing in an expeditious manner explaining what he was doing at each stage. Cleaned out condensate line, checked filter, checked Freon charge and washed out the outdoor unit. Could not be more pleased with his work, attitude and advice.
Highly recommended because they take their time to explain needed services and are willing to work with the customer to ensure satisfaction.

This was my first time with Gary E. and he was very good. He was quick, thorough and did what I expected should be done on a routine cleaning of the air handler. He answered all my questions and even provided me with additional information that was pertinent to keeping my unit in great shape.
Jomar was fast, courteous and professional. He was very helpful and addressed my questions about the safety and longevity of my systems. I would like to request him for follow up maintenance on a continuing basis.
