A Waste of $8,000 They installed an Amana Unit not even 2 years ago and yet again it is not working, over a dozen service calls and we still don't have a reliiable heat pump system. Every time they are here they have another excuse why it isn't working correctly. The technicians contradict each other and always try to blame it on us or something else we have to do. Great job! We called Snyder Heating and Air earlier this last summer when we came back from vacation and the air conditioner was not working. It was in June so it was pretty hot. They came right out, fixed the problem and installed a new thermostat for us. No problems, no complaints. We will definitely use them again.
Scot was very professional. He came before time. He went over all of the details and given me a few pointers to help keep my ac running. I enjoyed his visit and would recommend him
I have been a Snyder H&AC customer for several years and have always been very pleased with their services, from routine maintenance to emergency calls to full unit replacement. Robert H. performed a scheduled PM today and was on time, thorough, professional and courteous. I continue to be very satisfied with Snyder and its personnel.
Gary was great! Professional, courteous and affable. He did an excellent job of communicating what he was doing and why. Very thorough. He provided understandable detail on the air unit power readings and the meaning behind the numbers. He definitely represents the Snyder Brand very well!
Ryan was on time and even called to let us know he was on his way. dressed professional. Took the time to explain everything to me so I could tell my husband. gave helping information and recommendations. Didn't try to pressure me. told we where to look for an item you didn't carry for my UV light. good experience.
