AVOID - Ordered a sofa online only for it to arrive with faulty parts as well as some components missing completely. Spent 2.5 hours on hold with no answer. Eventually they arranged for the faulty parts to be collected but we have yet to receive the replacement after 4 WEEKS. I currently have a half built sofa in my living room. Drove for 2 hours on a Saturday and paid for parking to see the Snug sofas before buying, only to find the store closed at 1.45pm. You really need to update your opening times on your Google listing! Will be buying another brand sofa as we can’t drive back again.

Great service, Luka (hope that's the correct spelling) could not have been more helpful, both in terms of her knowledge of Snug sofas and in matching our needs to the most suitable product. Can't wait for the sofa to arrive!
