Good customer service when buying a car from Snows. The agent - Sean, was very friendly and helpful and made the whole process very straight forward. My new Toyota car is excellent which also helps.
be careful, avoid, avoid Snow Toyota Bournemouth service as much as possible, this is my second unpleasant, unpleasant situation related to this service. A year ago during the service the paintwork on the two front doors of my car was damaged, the damage was repaired, but I was not offered any compensation for my time lost, I had to take a day off to bring the car in for repair.
