Great cleaning agency. The customer service team is always friendly, quick to answer queries and books in a cover cleaner if the regular cleaner isn't available. The cleaners are all generally great - quick, professional and do a great job.

Started ok. But then the service quickly became unreliable, a no-show, or ‘forgot’ to come. Booked-in times were frequently changed without warning or explanation, or the cleaner did not bother to show up! In the end, there were too many broken promises and excuses. It is a chaotic and poorly run business that fails to deliver a decent cleaning service. If you are willing to pay good money for an unreliable, substandard cleaning service, this is the perfect company.
I had great experience with snow white cleaning company they are organized and on time always, Wiola was amazing in cleaning, very efficient.
I engaged Snow White to clean my elderly mother's flat about six months ago. They have been consistently reliable and professional on every visit and she feels comfortable and safe with them in her home. An excellent job, saving her a lot of effort and keeping her flat at a high standard.
