You can call as much as you like, they will take details and say they will get back to you but they won't if my experience is anything to go by. I have chased regarding a simple problem multiple times, not once have they ever got back to me, not once.
Staff doesn’t care , no reply , they just had no moral or responsability. They haven’t protected my deposit and not explaining why or fixing it for 3 months. Also no repairs done either, including not having a washing machine, damage floor at risk or injurying myself or deprivation of sleep due a building light in front of my window going on and off 24/7 . Please save yourself the level of stress I am not renting or buying any property managed by them.
The app is a pain, never works properly, and we cannot do the payments!
