Bought a shared ownership property. 11 years of living hell in a property we have had to self repair literally from the ground up. Customer service the most awful you will ever experience. Don't bother to complain about anything. When tenants of theirs break your fencing etc it's not their problem etc nothing is their problem. Piece of advice - avoid Sovereign at all costs and never buy shared ownership.
I wish I could give them zero stars. They completely messed up the deals regarding my new build house, which had a water leak. For almost five months, they kept changing the deadlines. The worst part is that, as a customer, they never called me to inform me about missing one of the many deadlines. Now, I have to pay £1,270 for the process.
Wish I could give 0 stars .. absolutely shocking company. Years and years of complaining nothing gets done .. our building is seriously run down and needs serious maintenance.. they love taking your money but don’t ever want to do anything when you ask them. Building has never been decorated since I moved in 8 and a half years ago and complain every year but still they don’t want to do it .. would be quicker to do it myself .. don’t bother asking me to call your customer complaints department been trying that for years but s... read more
