Awful! All they way! I gave them my keys to complete viewings on the flat I live in and the agreement was to leave the keys in the external post box for my to collect. Because they did not have keys apparently. So I was being helpful. I even left the property to let them do the viewings as they suggested spending the majority of the afternoon away. My partner and I viewed a property with Sofie yesterday and although the place itself wasn’t quite the right fit for us, we were really impressed with her professionalism and knowledge. She made the whole viewing super straightforward, answered every question clearly, and was super friendly and easy to chat to.
