The staff were not friendly at all , made whole experience unpleasant
John gave fantastic service - fast, knowledgeable and with a great eye for what works visually. We had 30 photos celebrating our 50th wedding anniversary, John created a beautiful and effective framed collage, within just a few hours. All three generations of our family are delighted with the product. Many thanks.

Staff friendly. Unfortunately this store wanted to charge me twice the price to process 1 roll of film as another snappy snaps store. Best advice to go to Colchester store instead.
