Rude and unhelpful management. I asked a friend to drive my film to Newton Abbot Snappy Snaps because I am disabled and live half an hour away. He was told their machine was broken and the film would be sent away, but no timeframe was given. Naturally, he assumed it wouldn’t take too long. This is the best customer service I have received in years.Tina is the lady I dealt with who went above and beyond what I requested.I will not go anywhere else to deal with all things photographic.She was very friendly,polite and nothing was too much trouble for her.Not only that but she nearly designed the whole tee shirt with prints for my son's 40th birthday.Cannot speak too highly of her a pleasure to deal with.
