Very helpful
Twice we have shopped at this store & each time we have had excellent service. The staff are very helpful & knowledgeable, taking care of our needs & not rushing us. We will be shopping there again at Christmas. Definitely recommend their service. The items we purchased are of excellent quality. Thank you.
Very disappointed with the service here. I ordered and paid for a mount on 05/08 for a business event. I was served by a guy with pink hair and was told it would arrive in 5 days and that I would be contacted. After no call I realised there is no landline number so I had to go to the shop to chase up on my order on 13/08, where I learned the employee hadn’t actually placed the order until 09/08, 5 days after I had come in. I'm afraid I can't recommend this shop. It used to be very handy to get a handful of prints done for relatives, but my recent experience was very poor. Two out of three self service machines were broken. I started printing on the third and it ran out of paper and the shop had no more paper to add. I was assured that if I returned the next day it would be sorted out. I returned and the guy serving knew nothing about it and "Could I come again tomorrow?" No I can't and in any case it's too late.
