I had a 35mm Develop only, received all the negatives back completely scratched. The technician got confrontational on the phone and blamed my camera for having caused the damage. I have then received back multiple rolls from the same camera developed by other labs with absolutely no scratch nor damages. Would have never given a negative public review but the way the guy spoke to me on the phone gives me zero alternatives. Rude and unprofessional, check you equipment
So hard to make a choice and usually prefer to do it online- been in the shop and Maria made all my prints come to live - exceeding my expectations and beyond the vision
