We went into Happy Snaps with a photo on my phone. Ibrahim helped us to get an A3 print on poster paper to give to my granddaughter. He was just so pleasant and helpful with 2 computer idiots. I recently visited Snappy Snaps to get some printouts done, and I have to say, the experience exceeded my expectations in every way. From the moment I walked in, the staff were incredibly friendly and welcoming. High prices, spent £92 in the shop to develop 3x film and buy 3x film, guy in the shop didn’t even know how to swap film in a camera and then they developed all my photos in black and white despite having coloured film…when emailed 2x asking about it they have not responded to me. I and will try going to an independent shop next time as they tend to have more expertise and care for their customers. I would avoid.
