I went last week to buy a disposable camera. I was so impressed with the fantastic service by Velvet! She was so friendly and welcoming when I arrived at the shop. She also made sure I knew that I can bring the camera back and have the pictures developed for free which I hadn't realised before! Great service and I would definitely recommend going there

Appalling service. A week ago I ordered a framed black and white photo and was told that I would be phoned when it was ready for collection on Friday or Saturday. Heard nothing so visited this morning. No frame and photo was in colour. Have paid already. Cursory apology and told I would be phoned when ready. Given my previous experience I am not full of confidence. How difficult can this be?
Thanks to the team in the lab who were able to process and salvage a roll of film that must be close to 35 years old that I found in my father's belongings who recently passed away. I'm truly amazed some of the images are even visible. And further thanks to Tallulah was incredibly kind, patient and helpful in tracking down and sending scans of very old film. I will be able to edit these to share with the family.
