I got my passport photo done at snappy snaps today and Nick provided me an excellent service and explained the passport service painlessly and easily will be coming back
I visited the store last week at 12.30pm, requesting an order for 4 photos to be printed. I was advised to come back in an hour for collection. I went back to the shop at 4.30pm (3 hours after advised), and my order was not ready. I did ask why they didn’t call or email me to let me know - because I could have been a shopper there for a short while and couldn’t hang around all day. Luckily I work in the area.
