I have been going to Swiss Cottage Snappy Snaps for over 15 years for everything. Prints (in-person and by email, digital editing), passport photos, photobooks, colour/b&w printing, frames, mugs, posters, stickers, keychains, t-shirts, cushions, canvas bags and other gifts. The staff is very friendly.
There was a young lady and an older lady and the younger Clark seemed to like basic knowledge without knowing the difference to 35 mm or 120 mm films. I requested a simple refund on the older lady it was extremely unfriendly processing it. It was the most simple and reasonable refund requested - and she complained she had to fill out a form and redo it. Took less than one minute.
