I have been to many printing shops and Snappy Snaps was probably one of the worst. To develop my film from a disposable camera it cost £17 which I think is quite pricey. I still have not received my pictures and it has been over a week and a half. When I called to ask when I might get them, the member of staff became very defensive over the phone saying she can't tell me. I haven't been kept in the loop at all. Very disappointed.
1 star is generous - if I could give 0 I would. Terrible “service” from start to finish. Handed my films and my details over to the unhelpful staff, and was told to come back to collect the prints in an hour. I returned on the hour, to be told the printer is broken so they have not been done. When questioned why they hadn’t contacted me so I didn’t waste an hour waiting around, they lied to my face and said they start the prints 2 minutes before the time slot is up “as customers expect quick service” which doesn’t make sense... read more
this place is very expensive
The service is convenient and fast but the quality of the photos printed is absolutely appalling.
