Takes few months to send film photos to email. Literally one of the worst services
I paid £17 for 4 passport photos. The digital photo is good, but the quality and resolution of the physical ones is horrible.
Painfully slow, one member of staff dealing with about 7 customers while the second member of staff just sat on the floor behind the desk doin nothing. Painful!! Do your prints on line.
I took a video in for them to provide 2 DVD copies of it. It took longer than expected and when I watched the DVDs both had only copied half the film. Took them back and they redid and provided only one copy.
7th July 2025 I visited the Guildford Snappy Snaps shop for a passport photo. Staff were pleasant and efficient. Passport photo taken, but when I got outside with my glasses on I could see that down both sides of my face it looked like I had very very long white sideboards. (Apparently this was reflection from the lighting.) To me it looked rather ridiculous. I returned and explained, and the photos were taken again. The original photos were shredded.
