Do not use for film development. Paid £23 for 1 film development. 2 weeks later still no photos, staff said the email had been entered wrong so digital images were unavailable and would have to rescan them when the physical disk arrived, but it had been dispatched. 2 days later apparently it had just been dispatched and arriving tomorrow. 2 more days later and still nothing, but told it had been dispatched that morning. Tonbridge, Kent Branch (08-06-2025) - Superb customer service with compassion and consideration! Went there to have a photo print for Schengen Visa aplication for my son who's on spectrum and so unsettled that time. Kudos to the female staff that helped me navigating the machine while i carry my son. really appreciate it.. Thank you so much!

I visited this store twice, about 15mins before the official closing time. Both times I was unable to print documents as the store employees had shut everything down: the first time, lights and copier had been turned off; the second time the employee wouldn't refill the printer with paper as she was closing the till and couldn't leave it unattended. I'm speechless as I really needed to print these documents. I also sent a complaint through the website.

Profile says that the shop should be open until 5:30, however it’s shut at 4pm.

It is bank holiday and still have 20 minute closing time.(4:00pm) She said we are closing. It is not nice.
