Ok who operates like this anymore? We went in to get new passport photos since we had misplaced our passports and would need them at the embassy the next day. We found the passports a couple hours later and told Brian. He gave us our money back for the photos. What? What? Who does that in today's world? We did not expect that at all. What integrity he has. Had a baby passport photo done here. The staff were not well versed and the staff who seemed the more trained did not seem workable with the newer member. The photo was done and paid for but failed the check at the passport office. Wasted money. I went to the shop to get it done by the professionals as wanted it to pass. Have since done it by myself back garden with a white sheet and it passed.

I ordered a photo collage in large poster form via their website. It was really easy to upload photos using the QR code to scan and upload making the process simple and straightforward. Same day pick up even beat the timeline promise on next day on website. Really helpful staff in store who take the time to ensure you are happy with the output.
