Highly recommended. Fast, good price on passport photo, lots of film and instant cameras on sale, and excellent development of 35mm film. Arun is super helpful and very knowledgeable.
Staff is well trained they know very well how to deal with customer in a polite way. Recommend going there for photos.
I accidentally handed them a blank roll of film along with my developed film, meaning I paid £43 for 7 photos. Then refused to give back the roll of film, took 10 days to respond to my email (and only did so after a follow up email) and only offered a £6 refund which I need to go to the store to get back.
The best 35mm developers I’ve ever used. Super super quick, often done in an hour, and much cheaper to buy and develop film than anywhere else I’ve found in the past 6 or 7 years.
I came for passport picture for a kid I show her the dimension for my country She said she have them and she know ! So u trust her I just try to help But then the embassy refuse the picture for my kids passport for the dimension ! She said she know but she don’t know I send 2 email asking to do it again or to have a refund cause 20£ for 4 pic it’s a lot ! Plus wrong one ! Never received any apologies or anything ! Now I délay my passport process it’s not acceptable to be so unproffessional for important thing like passport !
