Totally UNPROFESSIONAL! Awful quality! Awful service! Don’t recommend using this services! The story: I ordered in this shop photos for passport that were made inappropriate to the standards that the worker was aware of. Photos were not accepted by passport service due to the lack of quality. I came back to ask for a new digital photo so it can be printed in another country but the worker said that it wasn’t her making these photos and she doesn’t believe me that they were made here. Anya was incredibly kind, helpful and got my photos printed and digitised incredibly quick in an excellent quality. I'll definitely be heading back for all my film development and printing
Went to get photos from a disposable camera I used at a festival developed. The process of leaving them there was very simple and development was fast. However, when I got them back, some of the scans resulted in photos being cut off in the prints. I went back to the shop several days later and Anya was very helpful, making sure that I got another set of scans, properly aligned, free of charge. 0 stars. Worst branch I’ve ever been to. I handed my film in and was told that it would take 4 days.. Which seemed like quite a long wait for 1 roll of film, but I didn’t question it. I come to collect after a week (because of Christmas holiday opening times) to find their machine has been broken this whole time (Apparently two whole weeks) I had to travel over an hour to get there, and called THREE times ahead of time and also left a message, asking if my film was ready.
