Rachel provided me with some great customer service. I came in a little stressed as my usual print shop was closed and I needed the prints for today. She answered all questions helped me get my prints to the perfect size. We had lovely everyday normal conversation about myself and the plans for the prints as well as herself which I loved. I dropped in to have a driving license photo taken. The store was busy, but I was still met with friendly welcome and a clear understanding of when I would be seen to and who would be ahead of me. The images were taken, checked with me to see if I was happy and then with the gov website for suitability. It was an effortless and enjoyable experience. Thank you Snappy Snaps Clapham!
