Never got my subscription but was charged. Emailed to figure out why and their email hasn’t been updated since November. Super disappointed

Well, first off, by sending off the snack box I signed up for (1.00 plus shipping) would be helpful. I never received it. so I couldnt do the survey to review the products. Then, I get charged $9.99 for my box in January before I even get that one, being overcharged for something no faukt of my own is pretty disappointing. I want a refund of my $4.99 and the $9.99. Because I will be canceling my subscription because I am not a happy customer. I will not recommend this company to anyone at this time.

The company has charged me for multiple boxes that they leave marked as Unfulfilled. So far getting them to cancel the subscription (since nothing is actually being sent) has been impossible, I just keep getting told they will be here with "next month's". I sent them another email regarding this and received an auto-generated "We are on thanksgiving holiday and may not respond for a few days" message. This is 1-1-2019. Not November.

Trying to cancel since July. They say email cancellation to help@snacknation.com and it’s an invalid address. Website says to send cancellation to support@snacknation.com. If you call you get nobody. Tells you to email and again their email don’t send so you can never cancel

I didn't do my survey because of the fires in California that burned within 3 feet of my parents house. They didn't respond and changed me $10 for a box I didn't want. Terrible experience. Do Not Sign Up!!
