I love the box variety, the customer service provided and the fun challenges. I remember once we received a snack that no one liked. Snacknation made it right by sending us a nice supply of a snack we did enjoy to make up for it.
We just started at SnackNation and we love them! Our snack concierge is AMAZING and has helped us customize our snack curation so that we are get the most out of our subscription. The office loves the healthy snacks and seeing what are in the boxes! So happy we switched our snack option to SnackNation.
This is a review solely for the dollar snack club. I have no idea how good or bad their snack membership for businesses work. With that being said, I've been a member for almost a year now and it's great! 6 nice snacks each month. Some are really unique - I'm chewing on a peanut butter ginger chew as we speak - and some are just your run of the mill chips and sweets. DO NOT SIGN UP FOR THIS!! You have been warned. It’s great if you like the snacks and never plan to cancel but if you have any doubts or you just want to try it, DONT! I signed up a couple months ago and cancelled my subscription online before the next shipment and they still charged me the next month. Irritating but stuff happens. I emailed them and they responded right away and refunded my money and said they would cancel my subscription. It’s now the third month and they charged me AGAIN. I find the items that I received as a sample tasteless and disgusting. When I tried to cancel my subscription prior to the second shipment coming out, my emails went unanswered. Once I did get a response I was told that because of the nature of the product that returns were impossible. So now I'm stuck with a box full of crap that nobody wants.

The 5th time we told Snack Nation not to contact us, we sent this email to Darren & Austin: "We are STILL receiving marketing calls from Snack Nation and you need to cease and desist immediately. We did not want to do business with you before and now we will never, ever do business with you in the future. Do not reach out to our company or its employees.
