Don't make it so hard to cancel account or to reach customer service. Worse company ever - customer service is the absolute worse! Been trying to cancel for months but there is no account to log into - never had one. Have emailed and called but have gotten no response, Don't sign up for anything here - you will never hear from them again.
I’ve been getting snack nation boxes for over a year now and love it! My kitty also loves the new smells in the box each month.
They billed me the initial shipping thing to get started and never sent anything then a month later I’m in an automatic billing of 9.99 and still nothing arrived. When I contacted customer support because I had no account to log into??? Strange to not have an account but be billed! Customer support did refund my account and said they cancelled me from the subscription so that was nice but the whole thing was annoying. I have had to communicate with customer service more than once, including asking forgiveness for being late with a survey to get my next month's discount. All correspondence was prompt and very cordial. Snacks are delicious, often unique, and value is always above the cost of the discounted box, sometimes far above.
took my money ($5) 12/17/18. never got as box. figured it would start next month. 1/1/2019 they deducted $10 from my as account because I didn't complete the survey for as box I didn't receive! now I have paid 2 months ($10), plus more ($5) because of something not my fault! No one is answering for custody ty omer service and I'm about to report fraud.
They charged my account twice but never sent a snack box, and I can't get ahold of them! I'm very disappointed and want my money back! Update 1-14-19: I received 2 snack boxes and a $5 refund, so that's good! The snacks are good also
I have been a customer of snacknation for a few months end wasn't to excited about anything in their boxes. but I recently canceled my subscription because they took $10 out of my account when I didn't have it in my account. i brought it up last week and still dont have the situation resolved, i would suggest you go to any other snack subscription.. ive tried a few and this was by far my least favorite. highly dissatisfied!
Did not get my " free snack" and now was charged 9.99 for something I have yet to even try. Have not answered my email request. Not happy
