My kids do not like the snacks at all and don't even open the boxes anymore! (and they love snacks). Customer service is extremely difficult to get a decent response from by email only (no actual phone number to call). Also, I pre-paid for a year and while the customer service rep said via email she would give me a partial refund for the remaining 9 or so months, she is now unresponsive to that request. Additionally, they automatically enroll people for annual renewals, which took me a while to try to figure out on their web... read more

Promised 15 free snacks and never delivered. Not responsive to emails. Before even trying the product I can see this company is garbage.
I received my 1st Snack Nation for like $5.95...I think?? Anyway, I've tried one snack thus far. I tried the Georgia Peach Cookies and as much as I love chocolate, I'd probably go for these before anything chocolate! I'm sure I'm to love the other 5 snacks too!! Thank you, Snack Nation!!
